i watched a documentary on this, and there were burgalings [i don't know how to spell it] in most of the other houses on the street the previous week, but only things like ropes and stuff were taken.
i don't think the parents did it, they know who the killer is, but somebody shot him, so, there are 2 killers, they don't know the other one tho...
and, the mum is dead now, she died of cancer
